Kolten Wong singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, doubled in the 5th, doubled in the 7th and doubled in the 8th.

The Houston Astros bested the Baltimore Orioles, 7-5, at Minute Maid Park. Jose Altuve was one of the standouts. He was 3-4 with 3 singles and a walk. Jose Urquidy was credited with the save. He has now successfully converted 27 of 29 save opportunities.
The game was at a stalemate until left fielder Kyle Tucker came to bat in the bottom of the eighth. Facing Baltimore pitcher Phillips Valdez, he hit a 1-0 fastball for a 2-run single. It was a game-changer, putting Houston on top, 7-5.
“It was a meatball pure and simple,” said @Buck Showalter – Orioles. “He has been tossing those up there all season. Tucker hit it all right, but if he had missed it you would be over there talking to him right now and not bugging me.”
